Visit to Botanic Garden Moving further with our inquiry into how human interactions affect other living things we visited the Learning Forest. Before our visit we wondered what animals we would see. Some of us thought we would see lions and some thought we would see snake. When we visited the Garden we found out that there were lots of tall trees in the garden but a lot of trees were cut down because they were very old and were not safe. We also saw some tress which were held upright by poles. We wondered why people had done that? Was it to support the trees from falling? We saw many insects and birds and trees. Here is a list of some of the living things that we saw: Lizard, bumble bees, spiders and its web, water hen, fish, tadpoles, bamboo trees, rooster, lily pads, turtle, flowers, ants, snails and dragon fly. We wondered why we did not see lions? Was it because there were so many people walking?
