Mathematics: Day and Night
We explored Day and Night. We divided the day into morning, afternoon, evening and night. We associated and made connections of the different activities to the different times of the day.
Along with the K1's we explored how the earth moves, discovering that when it is night in Singapore, it is day in different parts of the world.

We sorted lots of objects in two categories
'Alive 'and 'Unalive'.
We shared our knowledge and knew that things that are alive have to grow, eat and breathe.

We used the balancing scale to measure different objects and we also made our own balance scale!
We weighed ourselves and tried to find objects heavier and lighter than us.
We were given several clues to solve who would be the mystery reader. We solved the mystery and found out that it was Samuel's daddy! He read us 'Dinosaur Island'. It was so much fun! We all wished that our parents would come and read!
